DeKalb weekly newspaper The Champion has a feature about the Mister Migs project in a new issue, and it includes comments from designer Rosemary Hopper and president Karen Lynn and photos of the denim product. Titled "Tucker Company to Outfit Fashionable Dogs" and written by reporter Kathy Mitchell, the article describes the new venture and explains that the gear is handmade by young adults with special needs. "Lynn decided to combine her passion for helping young people with two other passions—needlework and dogs," Mitchell writes.
Hopper, a recent addition to the Mister Migs team, told Mitchell that she likes the company's policy of helping young people get ahead in the workplace. “Creative people sometimes have a difficult time in a traditional work environment. I love that here they’re free to find their own way,” she said.
